Uganda (Feb. 2015 - July 2015) 

After a long absence from Africa, this project with the EU Delegation in Uganda brought me to Kampala. Here I identified a long-list of multimodal transport projects that could be financed through the 11th EDF.

The basic objective was to connect these projects with regions and ongoing projects already being financed by the EU Delegation or other development institutions.
